A caring agreement for grown-ups.
These terms describe the rules for using Fernlet. By creating a Family Garden account, an adult parent or legal guardian agrees to them.
Fernlet is educational guidance
Fernlet provides play-based home-learning ideas for families. It is not a school, childcare provider, accredited program, medical service, diagnostic or developmental screening tool, therapy service or guarantee of school readiness, admission or any particular outcome.
Adult responsibility and safety
A capable adult must select age-appropriate materials, supervise every activity and decide whether an invitation fits the child, home and circumstances. Stop or change an activity if a child is uncomfortable or the environment is not safe. Follow product labels, allergy guidance and advice from the child’s qualified professionals.
Accounts
Accounts are for adults age 18 or older. Keep sign-in access secure and provide accurate account information. Child profiles must be controlled by a parent or legal guardian. Do not upload unlawful content or sensitive information that Fernlet does not request.
Free and paid access
Week 1 is a free sample with no card and no automatic conversion. Paid enrollment is not open yet. Before checkout becomes available, Fernlet will show the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation method, refund policy and any tax before an order is submitted.
Content license
Fernlet grants the account holder a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased or unlocked curriculum content within their household. Fernlet content may not be resold, republished, shared publicly, copied into another product or used to train a commercial system without written permission.
Respectful use
Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, misuse another family’s account, probe for vulnerabilities or use Fernlet in a way that harms another person. We may suspend access needed to protect families, the service or legal rights.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Fernlet dependable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. We may improve activities, safety guidance and features over time. Material changes to paid access will be communicated as required.
Disclaimers and limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fernlet is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Final warranty, liability, dispute and governing-law language will be completed for Fernlet’s registered business before paid enrollment opens.
